Greetings!

Spring is upon us once again.  It has been my dream for several years to plant a small orchard alongside the creek bed to honor those members of Rose Hill who have gone onto their heavenly reward. A small grove of apple, peach, and pear et al trees will honor those who “bore good fruit” during their earthly journey.

Theresa and I will start the orchard by donating 2 apple trees.  I would like to have the children from junior church help with the planting.  Fruit is a nutritious food.  It builds our bodies into strong healthy servants for the Lord.  When the children now and in the future see the apples, peaches, and pears hanging on the limbs, it will remind them of the kind of lives they should lead in order to be “nutritious” to their brothers and sisters in Christ….and to the rest of the world.  If anyone would like to donate a pair of trees, please let a deacon know.  It will be greatly appreciated.
